According to General Hospital teasers, a new character will make their debut the week of August 14. Actress Lily Anne Harrison will play Andrea Gates in the storylines, and she will serve as Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Brooke Anne Smith) and TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) surrogate. That week, she will meet the couple, and they will fall in love with her because of her sweet disposition and kind heart.
But is there calamity approaching?

It’s The Good Ones We All Have To Watch Out For

Gates will likely get along well with Molly and TJ right away, according to GH teasers. It appears that the initial meeting will go smoothly, and the three will choose to proceed with a surrogacy contract.

Ms. Harrison recently admitted that she initially auditioned for a considerably more evil character, but the daytime drama’s producers wanted her for a “warmer” role. Ms. Harrison is also the daughter of Gregory Harrison, who portrays Gregory Chase on the show.

Is it because Andrea will get up being a “good” character or should fans gear up for a massive swerve?

The Hand That Rocks The Cradle Storyline

It’s been mentioned multiple times that TJ will be using his sperm with a donated egg. While Molly won’t be their child’s biological mother, she’ll be a mom to the baby in every other sense.

Still, Andrea carrying the couple’s child could get complicated. She may not only get attached to the baby growing in her body, but she may also develop an infatuation with Ashford.

Given his attractiveness, intelligence, and sweetness, it would be difficult to resist. But perhaps Ms. Gates isn’t as “nice” as she first seemed to be.

She can be deceitful or even mentally ill. She might try to remove Molly from the picture in the hopes of having TJ and the child all to herself.

Alternatively, the storyline can take a terrible turn in which she kidnaps Molly and Ashford’s child and flees.
