General Hospital Spoilers: Sam Cops To Helping Cody — And Dante Reconsiders His Relationships

General Hospital tease spoilers Despite being in a relationship with Dante Falconier (Dominic Zamprogna), Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) doesn’t necessarily discuss every aspect of her professional life with him. He can’t do that either, in a similar vein.

Both of them have extremely private jobs that frequently need them to hold things close to their chests. Sam’s association with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is also questionably morally and legally correct.

When she’s working on a case like this, including Dante may jeopardize him. Sam knows where to draw the line, even when his best childhood buddy is involved, or at least she believed she did.

The Truth Comes Out

Dante already knows Cody has been up to no good ever since he came to Port Charles, but he hasn’t exactly clued Sam in on all that he knows. His childhood chin came to town looking for an inheritance that didn’t rightfully belong to him, and he’s still chasing it.

Willing to lie and defraud the government while pretending to be Leopold Taub’s (Chip Lucia) son, Cody thinks his plan to score the Ice Princess diamond is solid, and Dante thinks he’s out of his mind.

On top of that and lying to Mac Scorpio (John J. York) about their biological connection, now Cody has put on a rather drastic show to get himself committed to Ferncliff. When Sam reveals what she knows — and her involvement in it — Dante is not going to approve.

Leak Dante Falconier Backs Away From Cody Bell

Even worse than that was Cody’s attempt to cheat Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) out of the diamond.

He made matters worse by misrepresenting himself as Mac’s son when, in fact, he is. Dante will go over the edge when he finds out that Cody has appointed Sam as his power of attorney and sent him to a facility for criminally insane people.

Will he eventually give up and order Cody to clean up his own mess and stay away?

What About Sam Sam McCall?

Dante can begin to have second thoughts about his relationship with Sam while he is preoccupied questioning his connection with Cody.

Being involved in this plan with Cody, where she might even be endangering her safety, is going too far in Dante’s opinion. He has always knew she was a little more prone to break the law.

It’s intriguing to think that this story arc might tie in with a brand-new one in which Emme Rylan’s character LuLu Falconeri will soon awaken. Will that make him think twice about Sam and his future together?
