Spoilers from general hospitals leak Few people are aware that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has recently been dealing with her own internal conflict. Although Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) recently put Alexis on the spot about how much it seems she misses being in the courtroom, she was able to break down Alexis’ walls since she has always been skilled at focusing on everyone around her instead of her own difficulties.
Alexis made an effort to put on a good act, but she eventually admitted that she can’t bear not being an attorney any more. She is aware that it will be a few more years before she can reapply to the bar, but rumor has it that an act of kindness on her part might wind up helping her in ways she never could have imagined.
Sonny Corinthos Zaps Diane Miller’s Time
Prior to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) being arrested, Diane had plenty of time on her hands to do legal research and dig through the mountains of Judge Kim’s (Kurt Yue) prior rulings in search of bias among them.
If Diane can prove the Judge has a tr ack record that presents such a bias, she could argue that Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) sentence was unfair and too harsh.
Sonny’s case is going to cripple Diane’s time — and that’ll leave Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) placing Drew on the back burner and Sonny front and center.
Leak Alexis Davis Is Still Sharp
Drew and Carly are fortunate to have a number of reliable legal Eagle allies at their disposal. Even though Alexis is no longer permitted to practice law, she is still permitted to look through the cases that Judge Kim has presided over in the public records.
The Invader Editor-in-Chief may soon be spending time with Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) outside of the office while poring over court dockets, using her research abilities to their full potential and stretching the muscles she’s been yearning to employ once more.
Two Sentences: Commuted?
Since Diane is overworked and overextended, Alexis may use her years of expertise to try to assist her.
Finding crucial information that results in commuting Drew’s sentence may allow Alexis to pursue a job she had thought was forever gone.
