Fans of General Hospital have been spoilt with a number of intriguing character cross-overs and comebacks. The captivating Lois Cerullo is the most recent to jump on the bandwagon. The gorgeous Rena Sofer, who plays the role, recently returned to Port Charles to rapturous reviews from her audience. However, there’s more to her comeback than just fan excitement! Along with her abundance of charm, she also carries a ton of drama. Oh, and don’t forget about those infamously bad nails! But to get back to the subject, there’s a chance that Lois, Ned, and Olivia will fall in love if she returns at this time! And a last-minute wedding, too! However, how and why? Lois Returns To General Hospital
Resurrecting Lois Cerullo is arguably one of the most exciting developments on General Hospital in recent memory. In the 1990s, she was highly favored by the public. Furthermore, she was a huge shipper when she paired with Ned Quartermaine during his Eddie Maine phase! She returns at the exact moment when Ned starts acting more like Eddie, so it all makes sense. It also provides some appropriate turmoil and drama. Why the drama? Ned, though, is now wed to Olivia, Lois’s childhood best friend! And even though Ned and Olivia are married, there’s a whole other set of flames burning between them!
Initially, Olivia was acting severely averse of Ned’s Eddie persona on General Hospital. However, as the story progressed, she warmed up to his musician side. So much so, that it looks like she is falling in love with him all over again. But, we can’t ignore the fact that Lois was a major part of Eddie’s life in the 90’s. In fact, the spoilers reveal that he is having recurring dreams about her! So, it seems rather plausible that as the episodes pass, Ned and Lois might end up reigniting some past feelings! Thus, making way for a complicated love triangle between them and Olivia. Which would also put at risk, his and Olivia’s marriage! Speaking of marriages, Lois’ return will also fast-track another marriage on the soap!
Lois Gives Brook Lynn and Chase a Nudge To Tie The Knot
According to General Hospital teasers for the upcoming episodes, Lois will be impressed when she first meets Harrison Chase. She’ll see how much in love they are after talking to her daughter Brook Lynn. Consequently, BLQ approves of Chase! However, the story might not end here! Lois appears dedicated to resolving all the issues that have arisen in her daughter’s life. Including going straight after Tracy! Nevertheless, a few spoilers suggest that Lois has the ability to expedite Brook Lynn and Chase’s wedding.
We know that Gregory is suffering from ALS on General Hospital. Moreover, now Chase knows about his father’s diagnosis too. As expected, he has been really hard-hit be the news. And that’s exactly what brings us to the marriage! In the upcoming episodes, Gregory may express his wish to see his son settled. Although Chase admitted to Michael and Willow that he is not thinking marriage yet, but he just might have to. Because time isn’t really Gregory’s best friend right now.
