For Willow to muster the courage to refer to either of these ladies as her mother must be so weird. The only mother she had ever known was the lady who “raised” jet. It’s no secret that the dynamic between Willow and Harmony can be tense and even toxic at times. Despite her mother’s behavior, Willow also loved Harmony’s “daughter” because Harmony loved her.

GH recaps recall Willow’s waiting room catnap. She dozed off at the hospital and was awakened by a disturbing dream. I’m the dream, her late mother Harmony came to Willow with a warning. Ever since General Hospital’s 9/29/23 episode, GH fans try to master lip reading as they try to decipher what Harmony mouthed to Willow.

GH Spoiler 🚨 Alert! After watching the clip over and over, I’ve come to believe that I figured out what Harmony said for the most part. “You can’t. You can’t. I’m warning you, Willow, you can’t trust.”

Willow is alarmed by Harmony’s warning. She can’t seem to get rid of her mother’s caution about trust. Who or what is Willow unable to trust? According to General Hospital spoilers, that’s when Willow told Nina about her dream about Harmony. Nina is caught aback (in a positive way) by the fact that Willow initially approached her for a conversation. The positive energy, though, quickly dissipates. Nina fears Harmony’s warning after Willow tells her what Harmony stated in her dream. Looking at the situation, it appears that one of Willow’s mothers is cautioning her about her other mother, Nina.

See, Nina knows what she’s done and that’s why her secrets must stay buried. Because if Willow finds out then her chances at a relationship with her daughter are over.
