Weekly General Hospital Spoilers: Danger, Desperation, And Retribution

Find out what the GH spoilers for October 2 – October 6, 2023, have in store for your Port Charles favorites.

These General Hospital spoilers tease a villainess getting her comeuppance, a mother refusing to throw in the towel, and so much more. This will be a week you won’t want to miss!

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Gladys’s (Bonnie Burroughs) attempts to flee Port Charles and fly to Puerto Rico are stymied, first by Sam (Kelly Monaco) letting herself in (read: picking a lock and letting herself inside) and reading Gladys the riot act and then by Sonny (Maurice Benard) appearing at the front door.

Despite her best efforts to throw Sam and Cody (Josh Kelly) under the bus, Gladys is left thunderstruck when Sonny lowers the boom and reveals that he’s well aware of the scam that she’s been pulling and that he intends to do something about it…something that requires Sam leaving the room and shutting the door behind her.

The Hunt Continues

Having picked up on the breadcrumbs left by Nikolas (Adam Huss) and deducing that he’s alive and well, Laura (Genie Francis) readies to continue the search for her errant son. Kevin (Jon Lindstrom), on the other hand, suggests that his wife take the hint that her eldest doesn’t want to be found. Look for Laura to not take the good doctor’s well-meaning advice.

General Hospital Spoilers: Odds and Ends

In other General Hospital spoilers news, Spencer (Nicholas Alexander) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) affirm their feelings, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) surprises Anna (Finola Hughes), Carly (Laura Wright) is left suspicious, and Michael (Chad Duel) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) ponder a decision.

Meanwhile, despite (severely delayed) justice seemingly descending upon Gladys, Sasha still finds herself in serious danger. Will the do-gooders be able to rescue her in time from the clutches of Snidely Whiplash stand-in Dr. Montague (Darin Toonder)?

Finally, GH spoilers have Tracy (Jane Elliot) making a slip of the tongue — might she out Gregory’s (Gregory Harrison) medical malady to Chase (Josh Swickard), who’s still very much in the dark?

Note: General Hospital will be preempted on Tuesday, October 3, and Wednesday, October 4, for ABC Sports’ coverage of Major League Baseball playoffs.
